This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the services (“Services”) and any medication prescribed through Subito Health, operated by Chambless Johnston, M.D., PLLC (“Subito Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including through our website at https://www.subitohealth.com.
Returns
Due to federal and state pharmacy regulations, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any prescription medications once they have left the dispensing pharmacy.
Once a prescription is processed and fulfilled by our licensed pharmacy partner, Premier Pharmacy (NPI #1386085132), the sale is considered final.
Refunds for Cancellations
We do not issue refunds for cancellation requests received after the pharmacy has processed your prescription order.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible following your consultation and prior to pharmacy fulfillment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only offer exchanges or replacement if a product is defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit. If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect order, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Our team will coordinate return instructions with Premier Pharmacy
All medications must be returned directly to the dispensing pharmacy. Subito Health cannot receive or accept medication returns at our clinic or mailing address.
Please note: Depending on your location, the time it may take for exchanged medication to reach you may vary.

Subito Health may update or modify this Policy from time to time to reflect operational or regulatory changes. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. Any significant changes will be noted with a new effective date at the top of the page.
